Logo Design Brief

I am starting a buyers agency helping people find property, I have a basic design uploaded see below. My colours will be white yellow and black. Inside the magnyfying glass I would like the words property detective maybe in sherlock holmes type font. maybe a byline Educated buying at bottom of house. maybe the dollar signs can be changed to savings with the $avings meaning that by using my service you will save money the top of the magnifying glass would be like the chimney of the house . Not sure and inside the magnifying glass in small letters some of the busines activity eg. search, rail links, transport , rpdata, etc. maybe it may be too crowded. Not sure
