Logo Design Brief

We need a professional looking logo that resembles the one we have been using.

I have attached the logo we have been using but we want different words in in but the same theme. We want this logo to be used on emails. printed paper, etc..
We alos want o put the logo on mugs and shirts.
We also want to be able to have in in gray scale and look as good. We want it so that the detail holds up when reduced in size as much as possible. As for color maybe a green that communicates life.
We will also use the logo for our website which is charlestonbandofbrothers.com
