Flyer Design Brief

We are a p[professional plumbing company in NSW that carry out plumbing, electrical and hot water system work.
i want to send a postcard size flyer 105mm x 148mm to our clients to offer $xx off their next job they book with us.
The front of the flyer needs to say.... Feel The Love WIth $35 Off your Next Job. It needs to include a section where their name and postal address can go (74mm W x 24mm H) on the left hand side of the bottom of the flyer - refer attached example.
The other side of the flyer needs to have a section for text, the offer ($35 or $xx what they get off their next job) and also can use the tag line... Call 1 Number for The Best In 3 Trades - Plumbing, Hot Water & Electrical.
Plumbing, hot water and electrical pictures/icons can be used.
I want the flyer to stand out, use the corporate colours and be modern whilst letting them know that they can use this voucher on their next job.
