Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a company that has been around for over 100 years. There was a legal issue that forced us to change our name and re-brand. We are still the same company from 1914. We build candy, confectionery, and bakery equipment for all the name brand candy companies. Our caramel, fondant, and chocolate cooling wheels are in factories nationwide and have been shown on The Food Network Show, "Wrapped Up" when one of our customer's was featured on an episode.
Company name is Candy Worx.
We want the logo to be fun and maybe whimsical because that is how our customers' industry is. We also want to show that we have been around for 100 years and are equipment experts. We don't make the candy, we make the equipment that makes the candy. But without us.... no candy!
