PSD is fine, but we will need your help on developing complete solution for the site. What I mean is that we have all kinds of error messages, popups etc, which should follow the style you come up with. Of cause, if you design one popup window this will be used as a template for all others. You can see 99% of what is required at current version of the site, so there will be no surprises.

Featured properties should catch visitor''s eye, so any place satisfying this criteria is fine. Presumably, on top, but we don''t want to limit the ideas.
