Web Design Brief

I require a non functioning web design in HTML format.
The website is for an online platform for connecting contract geoscientists with employers looking for short term geologists and geophysicists.
There will be 12 pages plus 3 sub pages of design to complete in total, but for your submission, please provide three pages and one sub page for review. These are to be submitted upon you winning the design contest, and then you can complete the rest of the pages in the days following that.
Please provide your designs for the Home Page, Contractor Profile Page and the Search Page / Search Results List.
Please review my design brief, and mockup of some of the pages carefully. Also, please find attached my logo.
Note, my logo is red, but I do not want a red dominated design, please use red as an accent colour.
