Logo Design Brief

Looking for a modern and simple logo for our ice cream store. Want to use the logo for signage and within the store marketing ie. napkins, cups, aprons,etc.
Want a modern/ abstract cone to be integrated with a B , with 'Brett's' to be beside the B and cone .

Requirements

Must have

• Three logo options
• 1)Thinking to have the logo in a circle like the 'Veganista' logo attached, subsituting the * to a B. With the option to have the V with a B solo or with the full Brett's. I like the white font with a pastel color background in the circle.
• 2)Second option is -using a range of shapes, i.e. triangle for cone and circle for ice cream scoop with a B in it.
• 3) Third option , is using a spin off of the last image, replacing the m for a B, and putting it above an abstract/simple cone.
• Pastel color I would like used is light blue/grey ish or could potentially be black and white
