Logo Design Brief

When I was a kid, my dad was on his Company's softball team, and they had cheap t-shirts for uniforms...the name of the company was on the front, but on the back, was a quaint little cartoon of a little boy carrying a large bag over his shoulder. The bag looked like a giant pillow case with gifts in it. The bag (or sack) was on the left side of the picture, and the little boy (or lad) was carrying the sack off to the right side. I remember asking my dad what it was, and he told me it was who sponsored the shirts, which was his way of telling me it was him...He said, "See, that's our name- A bag and a little boy: Sack + Lad = Saklad, which is my last name.

I'd like to recreate a logo of my name- A bag and a little boy- left to right, so I can take it and use it on shirts or stationary or whatever, and give it to all my family members who share the name...

The style can be up to you, the artist, but my vision is could be as fanciful as Norman Rockwell style, or simple like the old Popeye style cartoon, or even Tin Tin or Dennis the Menace... not too serious, not too modern, but clearly depicting a very simple message: here's a little boy dragging a large bag...
