Web Design Brief

Hi there, thank you for considering to take on this project.

Our Cardiology would like designs for a website. we are a cardiology group comprised of 7 doctors. We need a functioning site.

Key design themes should highlight simplicity and serenity. Website shouldnt be complicated or crowded. Less words and more graphics. It should be mobile friendly. The winning submission should work with us for revisions until we get it right.

Sections:
Front page - who we are, why choose us. (1 - 2 paragraphs, Lorem Ipsum)

1. Requisition form (can download our latest requisition form, and create the same form online for submission as well)
2. Services provided: EKG, Echo, Stress Echo, Holter, Loop, Ambulatory BP monitors. One or two paragraphs on each of these tests with graphics.
3. Our physicians: Dr A, B, C, D, E, F, G (short bio with random pix)
4. About us: A few paragraph about how we started (Lorem Ipsum)
5. Location : design a simple page for our Address and location (map)
6. Contact us : design a page for feedback

We have included most of the material in other aspects of our practice including our color themes and logos
