Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for new family run landscape construction company, we do a wide variety of services including patio's, walks, driveways, excavation, paving, we are environmentally aware, and our farm family has been in our town for over 300 years, not set on colors, although I would like to see some maroon somewhere...I tend to like bold, simple, classy type logos.
