Logo Design Brief

I am taking over the real estate company of my father and would like to refresh the existing logo (see attached). We are a small, personal, young but also serious and trustful company, and I would like to see Those attributes in the logo. The final design shoulderstand so be modern, fresh, clean, professional and recognizable. Our daily business is to manage buildings but so to deal with or estimate real estates. My goal is to take up the idea of ​​the original logo (using a roof in the logo as symbol for real estate) or something similar, but its not mandatory, so if you have better suggestions I am happy to see them too. Attached you can see some quick ideas drawn by myself, to give you just an idea, but please dont focus too much on Those ideas since They are Partially copied from existing logos and without caring about fonts or colors. Regarding the colors it shoulderstand not remain black / white like the original logo. As long as it still looks serious I am pretty open for any kind of color, so feel free, but just to let you know, my favorite color is blue :) Would appreciate to get a few different versions such as: - plain logo - Including logo place for contacts / address - logo and .ch (website) Looking forward to see your designs and thanks for your work in advance!
