Flyer Design Brief

The 22 Do's and Don't of Home Financing or the 22 things that will derail your transaction and how to prevent them.

I am looking to do a series of 4 to 5 e-books that should have a consistent format and theme

The first of these should be entitled, "The 22 Do's and Don't of Home Financing" That is similar in style to the attached e-book.
The attached e-book is pretty much the style that I am looking for, The same format can be followed. I have attached a black and white head shot image for the head shot areas that appears on page two of the attached e-book. I have also attached my company logo.
Please feel free to use the same or similar colors in my logo for the lay-out of the e-book. However please do not feel limited to those colors. - Feel free to use your imagination.
