I am open to ideas.

Do you simply want a website design or do you need the winner to actually create a new website, including code?

Is there any particular style that you are interested in? Perhaps some examples? Also would you consider making the project guaranteed?

Initially I was thinking design only...but I would also be open to talking about a large project that included code.
