Stationery Design Brief

Small Management Consulting Firm in need of Stationery/Business Proposal Template/Business Card for communicating and corresponding to formal Government Statement of Work (SOWs) Request for Proposals (RFP), general business correspondences and engagements with private industry clients. I am in need of company letterhead/stationery and proposal package of documents that follow the same theme in MS Word or a format that I can easily edit to readily respond quickly to business inquiries.

Consulting Firm small business start-up. Minority woman-owned rapidly growing consulting firm based in Washington, DC metropolitan area with a target market of the local and federal government. Would like see some area government images such as buildings or monuments. Looking for something eye-catching and creates a strong presence. The final design should communicate our numerous service offerings.

• FOR COMPANY LETTERHEAD/PROPOSAL/PRESENTATION PAGES:
• MUST FOLLOW SAME THEME. MUST BE IN MS WORD OR FORM THAT CAN BE EASILY EDITABLE. PLEASE SEE UPLOADED "PROPOSAL-PRESENTATION COVER PAGE" IMAGES FOR ADDITIONAL INSPIRATION. I VERY MUCH LIKE IMAGES PPCP #4 AND PPCP#5.
• Must include a multi-use company cover page for proposals and business presentations.
• For letterhead and please incorporate existing logo into design. Company colors gray and blue. Must have the functionality to format page numbering, consistent company information throughout document in headers and footers and will need a customizable company cover page that can be used for proposals and presentations.
• Please do not make the header and footer borders too large as I have to be able to input company information into the space. Some responses have set page limits so it is very important to preserve as much space as possible.

Nice to have

• Illustration of images that show professional women and minority (african-american) woman in business or professional settings. Women business owners preferably. Classic and very professional appearance. Even though we are a small firm I would like to design to give the impression and feel of doing business with a large management firm. Or large firm appeal. Also incorporate image of contract signing as our main line of business is acquisitions which is much like the services of a law firm.
