Postcard Design Brief

Need a postcard design for my company called "Lightning Fit" Colors are Navy Blue, Blue, Grey and White.

On the front I want there to be pictures and it to feature a box that says "Free Consultation + 50% off your first session!"

And somehow to feature the following phrases " Lose Weight. Gain Muscle."
"Customized Personal training using E-Fit, the latest technology in fitness. Reach your fitness goals in just two 25-min sessions per week"


Also want featured the following phrases (maybe on back):

"up to 18 times more effective than a conventional gym workout"
