What does the BA stand for?

However the BA in our name is not very meaningful - what we do is.

We help large enterprises manage large amounts of corporate data with tools that automatically categorize it, rank it for relevancy, and correlate pieces of data to help business users find the answers they are looking for faster. Our solution then enables people to search across multiple information systems to find content quickly.

So for example - a customer service person can use our solution to find all content in their company related to a single customer - instead of logging into a relationship management system, a billing system, trying to access internal e-mail records about the client, etc. they can perform a search and view all of that information in a single view.
