Also, there are 2 word documents. 1 contains Invited Speakers and other contains schedule.
Are you looking to have them both in a single poster ?

There is an EMBO Conference poster attached. Is it for the reference ?

That's correct!

Somewhat bigger than A3

The EMBO conference is a possible reference. The text is for tentative purposes, The invited speakers will be there and some of the speakers from the program, but not the whole program. Could be similar text arrangement as on the EMBO conference poster.

You do not need to include all the pictures, only those that fit. Would be nice to have the maritime theme and maybe include some of the city views.
