Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Victoria but will distribute throughout Australia. Southern Organics will distribute packaged organic food products (but not fresh produce) through out Australia. Our tag line is "Naturally Better".
I would like to see a logo with Southern Organics and another with Southern Organics Pty Ltd. We will also require a style guide from the final chosen designer.
