I would request you to invest a little time in writing about your business/organization and what kind of designs you're looking for, viz. colors, theme, etc. Right now there's no information in the brief and you haven't provided any links to your website. I would appreciate it if you do the needful and also upload your current logo. Since the payment is not guaranteed on your project, and combining the above mentioned factors, it creates the wrong impression that this is just an attempt to get designs and then abandon the project.
