Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my company based in Iceland. The companies name "Hamskipti" the name means, metamorphosis/ changing skin. It's like what snakes do, leave it's skin, Shifting from one to another.
I like the idea of Caterpillar changing to beautiful butterfly for example, something about freedom.. but open for ideas.

I would like black and white logo.

I work with people that have ptsd, trauma, addictions and so on..
