Graphic Design Brief

Hi

We are a sports physio clinic based in Melbourne Australia that is moving into a new clinic in April. We are looking to get an image designed for the front window which we will then use the high res files to get printed and stuck on by a signage company here.

I have attached two images of what we are thinking as a guideline. Basically a collage of sportsmen/women playing different sports. For the designers information - we will have some form of lightbox sign placed higher on the building which is demonstrated in one of the attachments. (Not required for you to action anything on the lightbox design.)

The window is actually 3 windows split by a wooden edge, example pictures attached. I am fine for the designers to cut the image in 3 and the 'scene' to be one long image i.e have the wooden dividers break the image. Or you can use the dividers for part of the image i.e half a rowing boat coming out of that edge.

They key sports we are looking to portray are with an even mix of female/male:

Footy (AFL) - Female
Soccer - Female
Rugby - Male
Rowing - Male

If the designer wants to go crazy and thinks a bunch of sports would look cool then throw in:

Netball
Basketball
Cricket

Our demographic is 90% 16yo to mid 30yo.

This will be in a very prominent position on bridge road so we can't have actual sports teams i.e Melbourne Demons on the art (want to avoid a law suit) but if the designer could get as close as possible to pushing the boundaries that would be great i.e the footy player in colours similar but not quite Richmond Football Clubs colours.

We don't have a lot of space to work with, rough measurements are:

2.25m long
2.55m high
(total length across the 3 windows)

We are thinking because the window is very skinny that the space high and low needs to be used effectively.

Requirements

Must have

• colour, variety of sports, must be 'sporty cool', eye catching. The road that the building is on is gridlocked with traffic each morning and evening so something cool to look at.

Nice to have

• attached images of what we think looks cool.

Should not have

• I do not want you to copy the EXAMPLE IMAGES of what I have provided as an attachment. I want you to create a new image so that we don't get done for stealing someone elses created image.
