Brochure Design Brief

I would like to create a tri- fold of all the services that the vascular practice offers. The practice specializes in lower extremity vascular diseases. I would like to have the tri-fold have brief descriptions of all the services as well as images of the practice to show case the top of the line technology. The trip-fold will be front in back with a crisp modern design. The diseases that they treat are: arterial disease, venous disease, varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, deep vein thrombosis, uterine fibroids, pelvic and labial varicose veins, varicocele. Treatment options for all diseases that the practice treats.
