Logo Design Brief

I have built a new website for my company and need a new Logo to finish it off. I have a Bachelors in Interior Architecture (not architect) but licensed Interior designer with experience and training in interior architecture. Specializing in both residential and commercial designs. The new logo needs represent a professional commercial as well as residential feeling. This logo will be used on website (upper left corner) as well as project boards and folders & business cards.
I still like my previous square IDENTITY FOLDER STICKER none of the designs looked good on my new site. Therefor, I think I need to start a new and update. Please see website for style and look.

Target Market(s)

Residential high end customers kitchens, bathroom and home renovations and additions, new constructions as well as Higher Education facilities managers, Management companies for Multi- Family Housing, small businesses and office owners.

Requirements

Must have

• Look good on my new website design.
• Be able to be used on Identity package which includes:
• business card, social media, website, folder sticker (new client folders)
• blue print logo in corner of title box, letterhead, invoices, etc.

Nice to have

• Designer look, professional look, unique, gets noticed, reflects my industry of design

Should not have

• Don't reflect residential "decorating" look- i.e. pillows, curtains, fabrics, furniture, etc. Address should only be on business card, not other identity pieces. It is a home office and I don't want it advertised other than on business card for mailing. Phone number should be included on business card as well as title block (blueprints)
