Please note that because the cost of the font family on your logo is more than the contest amount, not too many designers will enter.
The alternative is for you to save your logo with outlined type, download the altered logo eps and designers can then use another font family for the address details.

I noticed that the contest is open again. What exactly are you looking for in terms of design? You''ve mentioned that you want to edit the file. So assuming that Illustrator file (ai & eps) should be ok.
