Illustration Design Brief

We need an illustration in 2d and 3d of a personal cartoon style robot that we use in our app - to talk&assist the user in shopping , digital guiding and smart city life.

Aispot is a startup that helps retail and local communities engage customers and increase loyalty.
The Aispot platform (CMS) and app - enables the retail and cities to innovate and communicate with consumers and visitor through a shared app (instead of making one each). The Mobile app that works across retail brands and cities / communities.
The app reads IOT (beacons, QR and smart devices nearby) to assist the consumer with their shopping, guiding, information services and even organize your wallet (mobile wallet with all membership card and credit cards)
To the consumer this is introduced as YOUR LOCAL MOBILE ASSITANT.
The Aispot Mobile Assistant is initially about navigation and organizing services, but in future even AI based smart assistant.
In addition to be an Assistant to the consumer – it gives a taste of our vision for – Future Shopping and/or Future Smart Communities.

Requirements

Must have

• See the brief attachement PDF Robot inspiration - with a few good looking robots)
• Use logo green in some of the mascot
• Try to make Aispot logo fit in 2d version - or as one version of the robot.
• The logo of Aispot is partly a icon representing spots – but also a simplified face of an assistant.
• We need to implement the logo with a full person liking robot & assistant that can develop and get personality as our platform and services develop.
• Inspiration attached of such a robot found on google. We would like something similar – where our logo can integrate into the head (or screen) of the robot
• The Mobile Assistant includes:
• Easy enabling IOT with beacons, geofence, QR
• CMS publishing towards mobile
• We need:
• 1. A 2D version of a friendly robot like the one found on web – using different type of colors including also our logo color – with and without our logo head
• 2. A 3D+2D version that we can alternate and where our logo can fit – but even working with alternatives – so we can make a Mobile assistant family later…
• 3. We plan to make animation with at least 2D later…

Nice to have

• The robot/assistant needs a personality - with a dash of Disney - meaning eyes with ability to be express face such as "happy", "sharing secret" (one eye shut), smiling with both eyes shut) without using a mouth at all.
• Short - to fit the mobile and not dominating the screen as he just lean into the screen with some assistance - eg head being 30-40% of the size. Hands almost human - able to point, thumbs up and able to whisper us a secret tips.... Torso could be very small. Legs and feet short just indicating him standing or sitting..
• Style wise - he is our concergier and smart and friendly assistant. The mobile users in the age of 20-35 years should immediately like him showing up on the screen.
• Organic or IT style - not to mechanic in arms, hands and legs
