Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a Real estate development company. We rehabilitate historic buildings (Mills, hotels etc.). We communicate with investors, city officials, banks. The project needs to project conservative (we have investors and seek bank lenders), modern (we take old properties and rehabilitate and rebuild and fun (the rehabilitated properties are places where people want to live, work and play). Colors Black, and a second color. no metallic. Our projects are located primarily in Carolinas and New England.
