Label Design Brief

Im starting by seying that i dont speak or write Inglés, i dont speak spanish since i am from Paraguay, im very sorry for That, try my best to get Understood. I am startin a company of e liquids, (electronic cigarrettes). the liquid production is ok but the label is not. i try to do my label here with a graphic designer (friend of mine) but is is very busy esta days and I HAD no time for esta. but have made me one label, that i will atach here, That is nice, but is not that i want, because i tell him the name will be "hermes" (the first alchemist in the world) i tell him that i wanted to explore themes like magic, vapors, etc. mistery but looking now is kind of boring. I really like something more hip and modern with a design work, What i do know is that i want to put a red wax seal on the top center of the glass bottle (will attach pics) i really really like the milkman artwork, simple, hip, modern, fix in your mind. will attach pics for Those Who dont know the brand, also like the i want to design for 30 ml bottles made of clear glass with dropper (childproof) approx 40 x 90 milimeters in size. i am starting with 8 flavors, so, the design has to be adaptable for each flavor. It has to say somewere the strength level of nicotine 0 -3-6 - 9 to 12 mg in a creative way, maybe some stairs With the levels and the level it has to say Highlighted somewere USA made with ingredients, with some flag or something in the small font section will be warnings, ingredients and other stuff that i will update tomorrow.
