Real Estate company named "Realty Preferred". Need a logo that will go well on yard signs, website and business cards. The logo needs to attract real estate agents to its modern and fresh design. The logo will also need to be incorporated into future yard-signs and other real estate related signs such as open-house, for sale, for lease signs...etc. The logo should also be able to be shown on future websites. Both consumer facing web sites and agent back office web site.

Target Market(s)

Buyers and Sellers will have to see the yard signs on their properties. But realtors need to be attracted to the logo as well.
