Flyer Design Brief
We need a double sided mailer flyer designed that incorporates our current logo and pictures. Our goal is to attract quality clientele with an elegant yet modern design. Our main priority is to promote our listing service, but we also want to market for potential buyers. Included are two flyers that could serve as examples of the look/style we are going for. Please include your own unique sales pitch within the flyer design. We are looking to market mainly to sellers/ new listings for our real estate brokerage company. Although our main focus is attracting sellers, we also want to appeal to buyers. We have examples of flyers (pictures attached) where we like the concept and would like to incorporate some of their elements as well as have new, unique features. The man in the pictures attached is the broker/owner of pure equity realty. The others are the Realtors working under the brokerage. Colors we want to stick with are royal blue, gray, black, and white.
