Illustration Design Brief

Hi All I am sorry I have gone off line for the last few weeks.
I would like to share some more information with you all to help the design of this concept.
I work as a HR consultant which means that I support businesses in managing their people. This covers a range of different areas for employment. What I would like to get is visual of the start to end journey of that processs when employing an employee. There are various stages the employer can do to get it right and build a high performing tem.
1. Get a Vision and a strategy (so where the business wants to go)
2. The Plan of how the business is going to get there.
3. What people do they need to achieve that plan
4. Attracting the right people to compe and work for them
5. Recruit that person.
6. Onboard that person into a good working environment
7. Induct that person into the team
8. Develop individual and develop the team
9. Reward that employee so that the remain satisfied and happy in their role and wont leave to go to a competitor
10. ensure that the business environment is healthy and good so that employee relations are dealt with.
11. Deal with the employee related issues
12. Build a high performing team
All of which will = success and you will have a thriving business as a result

I would like an illustration which articulates the work that I do which is to help businesses managie the employee journey.
So from when a business decides they want to recruit someone to the day they leave.
But most importantly how the business manages them shield they are there- training. Them incentivising them, rewarding them coaching them, developing them, creating high performing teams. Then trying to shut out any competitors o that may headhunt them.
