Logo Design Brief

HI! We are looking for an awesome real estate logo for our company! We are looking for a design that is memorable, brandable, professional, modern, and creative.

Our company name, New Monarch, has two meanings;

One: The definition of a monarch is a landowner, so when you buy a home, you become a monarch of that land.

Two: A monarch butterfly begins life as a caterpillar and transforms into a butterfly. They start a whole new life as a butterfly. So when you buy a home, you begin a whole new life. So these are the two meanings behind the name of our company.

The final design should communicate professional, trustworthy, tech savy, and growth.

Please use your creativity in the design; We are not a gfan of the basic design with roof over text, that is not what we are looking for.
