Nice project however current budget does not suffice a complete functioning website. I is good for home page design and coding only. Please think of increasing your budget so we could choose to work.

The prize money is good for mainpages PSD designing with html only or 2-3 pages designing only......

Also no payment guarantee means not paid even if work very hard...
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??
