Signage Design Brief

I'm looking for a clean easy to read design for a set of banners I need. More info is on the pic I uploaded. Simple modern design with just text.must say taco,burrito,burrito bowl,salad and nachos. I looking for a dark color(black or brown with colored text. I attached a picture what the setup will look like and where the banners are located.
