Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for a growing real estate team in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Would like to adopt the Keller Williams colors. I am the lead agent/business owner for "Ford Sells Real Estate". Looking for a modern, bold logo/image to use on all marketing material. I like the branding of EXPRESS - clothing line. Might be a bit overboard - but that's kind of the direction. Keller Williams colors include white, red, black and gray... sometimes purple but not for me. The red tone is bold - has a little blue in it I think - and is a little darker than straight red.
