Packaging Design Brief
We are an established business (Restaurant, Seafood Retailer and Crayfish Wholesaler). We have just got a new logo which covers all three aspects of our business (via Designcrowd!). We have always sold cellar door but have been asked by several food outlets to stock our product but as you will see from our pictures - it needs some serious work to take us to the next level. We have a well known finer dining restaurant which we use all these products in and is how several products came about on our Seafood shop shelves. The products are of high quality (just not the labelling). We now want to package our Seafood Retail Shop with professional packaging and labelling and reflect the "quality and freshness" of our products. We have several items we want to label as per below.
If we were to use a slogan it would be "Its about the Freshness and Quality" but not necessary.
We are after a label for our Pickled Seafood 350g tub (Various) - conical container 9cm high x 9cm (top), 7cm (bottom) ONLY but will also try and utilise it to be consistent with the other products following.
Salt and Pepper MIx 250g - conical container (as above)
Smoked Fish (Various weight & fish) - 21cm x 25cm vacuum sealed bags.
Kilpatrick Sauce 250ml - square bottle 22cm high x 4.5cm wide
Minty Lime Vinaigrette 250ml - 23cm round bottle - 4.7cm dia.
Smoked Spicy Salt 75g- 13cm wide x 16cm high vacuum bag
Dukkah 75g - 13cm wide x 16cm high vacuum bag
Lobster Oil 150ml - 18cm x 4.5cm dia round bottle
We will need a working file so we can change the names for the pickled seafood as needed.
I have attached photos of our current products for true understanding of what we currently have had to get by and where we wish to go.
We have a label printer that can print black type overs eg the name of each product so we can have generic coloured labels which we can print over with the change of each product.
We want something that will become a recognisable label.
Updates
Attn Designers.
We are only after one design but which we will use as a guide for all the options supplied as a starting point. The Pickled containers will probably be where we start but happy with any submissions. I probably wasnt very clear but wanted to show all the things we will be using the labelling for so that we can get some continuity We are just after some direction on a good look. Thanks Sharen

Target Market(s)
Our target market varies but generally 30 - 65 years in the more affluent background. We are located "literally in the middle of a paddock in the middle of nowhere" (near several holiday villages) and it is the reputation of our premium, fresh products that have people returning and amazed on their first experience.
