Logo Design Brief

Need to alter current logo. Cattle brand of "4P" with longhorns needs the word "BEEF" incorporated below the "4P" to make it look like a cattle skull. Any other ideas are acceptable. Needs to be catchy with lettering, but classy and not trashy or cartoonish. Can add scroll work, tooled leather look or whatever. I have added a general sketch of my idea along with original logo files. Just logo for this and no company name. Company name is 4P Beef.
