Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company (startup) based in São Paulo city in Brazil, called "Germinet". We develop innovative agribusiness softwares, using the latest information technology for the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, especially in the agribusiness sector. Our initial product is an application that assists producers to obtain agricultural financing for their crops directly from banks, offering the monitoring of the production stages and the guarantees through remote sensing and the use of satellites. We would like to see designs that use the color green on most along with the yellow. The final design should communicate risk management and compliance.
