I`ll make it short:
a) your feedback is pretty important: no feedback - no developement possible

b) you wish for lots of DETAILS in the logo, which turns the "logo" into a design. This is basicly nothing bad - BUT - YOU wil not be able to use this kind of design as a logo usually is used but only in printing - and even as such, never in a smal size, for the colors and shapes get mixed up that much and the result is then....a mess.
