Logo Design Brief
We currently have a logo which we at the school have pieced together but we are wanting to have an updated version of our logo. We are a First Nation school, so we are on a tight budget. We are Kehewin Community Education Centre. We use the logo for sports, community events, school events, in newspapers and online. We also use the logo for our school clothing and sports clothing.
We need to have an EAGLE and a SUN together. We are hoping for fierce looking or strength or bravery.
Updates
Good Morning,The syllabics is not a must have for our Logo. If there is a design that incorporated the syllabics, that would be preferred but not a deal breaker. Thank you! Added Wednesday, November 30, 2016

Requirements
Must have
- The logo must have an EAGLE and the SUN. The Eagle is of great importance to us and would be a major factor in our decision. Please look at the pics provided. We have received designs with syllabics so having them part of design is a major factor.
- Our School Colours are Gold (Yellow) and Black.
- NOTE: All images uploaded are examples of the eagle we are referring too. They do not represent the eagles we are wanting.
Nice to have
- We are hoping for something fierce looking or strong or brave...basically we are hoping for the logo to be powerful symbol to our students.
- Recently our Elders and Spiritual Leaders are asking us to have our First Nations language to be included. This would include our Syllabics. I have provided on how it is written. This is a must. Our Elders and Spiritual Leaders in our community have asked to have our Syllabics included on the design. Please look at the supporting pictures for the Syllabics. This is considered to be culturally sensitive as it needs to be done exactly as is.
Should not have
- The Eagle must look like an Eagle.
