Brochure Design Brief

Our company provides land development site design for commercial projects. We have many repeat clients that are familiar with our work. We do not advertise our services other than a website. Most of our referrals are from existing clients. When a new client contacts us and asks for a proposal for a project we would like to have a brochure that shows our strengths, experience, and professionalism. We are selling professional services similar to a lawyer or accountant. We want new clients to feel comfortable hiring a new firm. The brochure would be one page single-side included when we submit proposals for new projects. Check out our website at brepllc.com for more info. We would like a brochure that mixes grading/excavation construction work on a job site with business professional. We will need to update the brochure so we want it in .doc .psd or some other edit format. The brochure we are using is attached. It is very two-dimensional. We need some depth.
