Stationery Design Brief
We are a Real Estate Investment Company called " Vegas Valley Home Buyers." We are looking for a luxurious and modern design for presentation folders, letter head and envelopes. These items will be used when presenting information to potential sellers, joint venture partners and financial institutions. I have attached a few different files, including our logo, business card and an example of the presentation folder scheme we're interested in. We would like the presentation folders to use the dominate color of layered gray, with a metallic or silver incorporated into our logo (as attached). We would like this design to communicate financial success and professionalism with the upmost class.
