Logo Design Brief

We are a Remax real estate team (the GoingHome Team). We need a logo to represent specific real estate listings that we feel offer exceptional value at their price point. First, a little background: Remax gives their agents the opportunity to market exceptional, high-priced listings as part of the "Remax Collection". There is a special logo used for these homes, which must meet high price/quality standards. We need a logo to market a collection of our own (which we call the GoingHome Collection), which will features homes of exceptional quality that are not expensive enough to qualify for the "Remax Collection".

I am attaching our "GoingHome" logo, as well as a copy of the "Remax Collection" logo (there are many others online if you Google it). We would like our logo to read "The GoingHome Collection" and incorporate shades of grey and black. We would like to see versions with and without the Remax balloon.

This logo will be used to indicate homes of exceptional quality across a variety of price points. When potential home buyers see this logo on a listing in their price range, we want it to be an indicator that the home should be on their "must see" list.
