Logo Design Brief

I'm after a logo for a new womens sustainable & ethical clothing label. We are classic & classy, but not flashy, nor are we stuffy. I'm keen to use the '+' sign as the 'and' in the logo & am keen for charcoal text on white, with matte gold please. It would be great if the sticks element could be incorporated somewhere, like a silhouette of a pile of sticks or something. The final design should communicate; Beautiful, Ethical, Clothing, the is grounded in environmental & social ethics. Sorry to be prescriptive, I'm just on a tight timeline! Thanks! :)
