Graphic Design Brief

The job would be to take the text and illustrations I supply and (using Lulu.com) create an attractive book by formatting my stuff, using a suitable handwriting font for the text, sizing and placing images according to the formatting specs of the book, and using Lulu's built-in apps to design an attractive cover. The style of font for the text of the book would be handwriting, something like this book: http://nobrow.net/shop/101-artists-to-listen-to-before-you-die/ except that my book will be in black and white. The illustrations have been done by my six year old colleague. We're excited to see what you come up with. Thank you.

Requirements

Must have

• an original book cover design, provided by the designer, formatted within the Lulu.com App at their website (this means you will need to open a project at Lulu.com and allow me to 'own' it when completed.

Nice to have

• Book should be in smaller format (envisioned as a novelty book of the kind you buy near the point of sale, intended as a low-price gift item or for its niche Irish market or the general public.
