Logo Design Brief

The Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) is a government institution established by law to replace the Department of Revenue of the Ministry of Finance (including the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Bureau of Customs & Excise ) for the purpose of assessing and collecting national revenues as specified in the Revenue Code of Liberia or related Law: administering, accounting, auditing and enforcing revenue collection laws and regulations and educating taxpayers to facilitate tax and customs compliance. Since the inception of this new institution, Liberia has never experience budget shortfall. In view of the above, we need a logo that illustrates taxes are building blocks, is the ladder of sustainable development. Currently, we are using the attached building block. We need professional enhancement of what we are currently using plus other alternatives that reflect revenue as the corner stone, bedrock or ladder to development to make a final choice of Logo for the LRA.
