Logo Design Brief

This is a logo for a small speciality tea company based out of London. They are starting by specialising in tea, tea related good, and tea related events - but eventually will expand into a shop or cafe. They would like a modern, stylish logo - this is not a twee, traditional "English Tea" company. They are open to graphical logos which incorporate tea related images - tea leaves, tea cups, tea pots, kettles, Chinese or Japanese characters for tea, etc. They are also open to text-only logos, or a mix of images and text. Any text can read either "Sweet Tea Darling" or "Sweet T Darling".
