Web Design Brief
I need a web site designed for my new business called TOTAL San Felipe. This business is for the repair and servicing of home appliances and air conditioning systems and for plumbing and electrical repairs at residences. We will offer 1 year service contracts that provide for unlimited service calls and repairs of the equipment that is enrolled in the program. The business is located in San Felipe, Baja CA, Mexico which has a large population of retired American and Canadians. These are our target audience, not the Mexican population.
The business is an outgrowth of another business we own in San Felipe called San Felipe Management Services which has been in business for 7 years and is well known and highly regarded in the community. The company is owned and operated by two Mexican nationals and an American who are all full time residents of San Felipe.
Our business model is the same as an American company called Total whose web site is https://www.totalappliance.net/.
I already have a domain on GoDaddy called www.totalsanfelipe.com and need a web design to populate this domain. We also have a Logo designed which I will upload for you.

- San Felipe is a desert community with an ocean (the gulf of California) so the design should incorporate some desert motifs and some seaside motifs. Also, should have some thoughts about how are services will make living in San Felipe worry free and enable the clients to enjoy life. One number to call for all their home service needs.

- Do not have anything that belittles Mexico or Mexicans.
