Web Design Brief
We need a one page 8.5"x11" e-flyer type pdf document to use as a marketing and advertising tool. We are a licensed general contractor in Phoenix, Arizona. We target and exclusively work with real estate professionals. The main groups of professionals we target are: real estate investors, real estate agents/property managers, property flippers, commercial and multi family investors, insurance restoration professionals. We are looking for a new e-flyer to specifically market our flooring and custom tile work for showers and kitchen backsplashes. We have been in business for 10+ years, and have an A+ BBB rating. We would like the add to appeal to our target demographic, showcasing some portfolio pictures we have, and have a clean, bright design that's simple and not too busy. We would like to see modern colors used similar to the blue in our logo, and other tones like grays, etc.
I would also like it to include an advertisement for a special price for responding to the ad. The price would be $1.95/sq ft for Installation of ceramic tile up to 20" in size.
We would like it to include our email address, website address, company information, and cell phone to contact. It would be great to incorporate our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau also.
