Graphic Design Brief

We need to design the layout for a welcome letter PDF being automatically generated by an Enterprise web application.
We give you the ugly Ms. Word layout, we need to create a nice template for the same content to be automatically generated in PDF.

In particular we attached:
01_Welcome_letter_CUSTOMER_v1.docx: is the Ms.Word document with content;
02_welcome_letter_customer_v2.pdf: first (ugly) release of PDF generated content;
03_DATA-WIPE-BANK.png: web application printscreen (to have inspiration about colors)
04_logo_dwb-png: is the DataWipeBank product logo.

Requirements

Must have

• 1) Front page with customer details;
• 2) Second page: legal notice.
• If it turns out that we do not fit in 2 pages we can even make 3, but I would keep legal notice separated from customer details.

Nice to have

• 1) Header and footer that makes it easy to create it automatically using PDF.
• 2) You will see that logo and application are using different types of red. I believe we can uniform them. If you have inspiration regarding the logo feel free to suggest.
