Icon Design Brief

I require icons for the Microsoft Office Ribbon.
The application creates, tracks and manages Maintenance Orders.
A Maintenance Order is work to be done by trades people or others on a Property or a group of Properties. A Property is a house, unit or boarding house room and any relevant yards. A Maintenance Order consists of one or more Work Orders. A Work Order is a specific task and is assigned to exactly one Contractor (a trades person/people, business or individual).

A Maintenance Order may be:
1) Programmed: usually cyclical work like painting the interior of a house
2) Vacancy: tasks done when a Property becomes vacant
3) Responsive: unplanned maintenance as identified or requested by the occupants

Work Order are assigned one “Asset Management Group”. Four examples of Asset Management Groups:
1) Internals Walls
2) Fencing and Gates
3) Tenancy Inspection/Pest Inspection/Property Inspection
4) Taps/Basin

Each icon should come in two sizes. See the small and medium sized icons on the ribbon in, for instance, Microsoft Word.
